IT'S TIME TO MOVE.

Fun fact: I have a degree in Exercise Science, spent nearly 10 years as a certified personal trainer, and even owned a gym. Movement has always been a huge part of my life—but like a lot of people, I fell out of it. Since closing the gym, I haven’t been as consistent or pushed myself the way I used to. That’s changing now.

I’m getting back to what I love—lifting heavy, sweating it out, and lately… running (because apparently I needed another challenge 😅). I’m also obsessed with Pilates and might half-a** my stretching, but hey—I’m working on it. This space is where I share my workouts, experiments, and comeback moments—not as a coach, but as a human. It’s not about doing it all perfectly—it’s about showing up and building the version of myself I know is in there.

Let’s move. Let’s sweat. Let’s maybe sign up for a race.. because apparently that’s what you do in your thirties.
