IT'S ALL ABOUT THE FUEL.

I’m a work in progress when it comes to nutrition. I’m currently tracking calories, protein, and fiber—not obsessively, but intentionally—as I try to relearn what enough looks like for my body. I’m working with a dietitian to better understand how my rare chronic illness (and that wild pancreas of mine) reacts to different foods. So no, you won’t find perfection here—but you will find honesty, effort, and probably something sweet.

This page is where I’ll share recipes, meal ideas, grocery staples, and the things that help me feel good, stay fueled, and hit my goals without spiraling. It’s also a space to unlearn the stuff we were taught growing up and build something better—for me, for my family, and for future little humans we hope to raise someday.
